Vilma Dillard Fair has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Vilma currently works as a Human Resources Specialist at Holston United Methodist Home for Children since October 2019.

Prior to their current role, Vilma worked at Cornerstone Village from November 2004 to May 2019, where they served as an HR Staff Development Coordinator. Vilma also worked at Studsvik Processing Facility, LLC as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant from April 2003 to November 2004.

Before that, Vilma was a Human Resources Representative at MSHA - North Side Hospital from August 1999 to April 2003. Vilma also worked as a Human Resources Secretary at Amedisys Home Health Care from April 1991 to June 1999.

Vilma began their career at Draughons Junior College in March 1986, where they worked as an Office Manager until March 1991.

Vilma completed their undergraduate studies at Milligan from 1991 to 2001. Prior to their bachelor's degree, Vilma attended Draughons Junior College from 1984 to 1986, where they obtained an Associate of Business Science degree in Word Processing. Vilma furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Christian Ministry at Emmanuel Christian Seminary at Milligan University, which they completed from 2018 to 2020.
