Beckie Osterman

Beckie Osterman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at Holt International Children's Services since July 2019, Beckie has previously held key leadership positions, including Director of Finance and Administration at the Lee Carlson Center for Mental Health & Well-Being and various roles in accounting, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing multiple departments, managing financial operations, and implementing policies. Beckie has a background in human resources, financial reporting, and compliance, with foundational experience gained through internships and early career roles. Beckie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Southern Oregon University.
