Joe Rodriguez

Joe Rodriguez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and sales within the logistics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Business Development at Holt Logistics Corp. since September 2025, Joe has previously held senior leadership roles at Fracht Group as Senior Vice President of Sales and at Sealand – A Maersk Company as Managing Director for North America. Joe's earlier positions include Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Seaboard Marine and Horizon Lines, where significant revenue growth and successful marketing strategies were achieved. Starting his career in sales as a representative for Procter & Gamble and later progressing through various sales management roles, Joe possesses a solid foundation in sales and marketing, underpinned by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and a BA in Marketing from American Metropolitan Jobs.
