J. David Cason

David Cason joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2013 and serves as a Leasing Agent for project leasing accounts, general brokerage, and tenant representation sales and leasing. Known for his ability to structure complex transactions and for his negotiation skills, he has directed project leasing activities for office buildings ranging in size from 50,000 to 400,000 square feet and completed hundreds of lease and sales transactions.
