John Gorman joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in May 2000 and he serves as Senior Vice President for the Dallas Industrial Division. John is responsible for marketing efforts in South Dallas. Since joining Holt Lunsford Commercial, he has been the recipient of the company’s “Top Achiever Award” five times and has been named CoStar Power Broker and Dallas Business Journal Heavy Hitter several times throughout his real estate career. John has focused his 30-year real estate career on project leasing, development, and tenant representation for industrial products. He currently oversees marketing efforts in the southern Dallas corridors of I-30 and I-20.
