Matt Arends

Matt Arends is currently serving as a Market Analyst at Holt Lunsford Commercial since July 2023. Previously, Matt gained valuable experience as an intern at Bloomfield Homes, where responsibilities included project management assistance, execution of time-sensitive tasks, and knowledge acquisition in housing market strategies. Additional roles included supporting a fine dining experience at Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse as a Server Assistant, where skills in sales and communication were honed, and working as a Stocker at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, which provided insights into the liquor industry. Early career experience at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. as a Food Runner involved maintaining cleanliness and supporting team operations. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University in May 2023 after attending Neuqua Valley High School from 2015 to 2019.
