Tyler Howarth

Tyler Howarth joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2020 and serves as Managing Principal of the Dallas Tenant Representation division. He is responsible for leading the tenant representation business line at HLC, advising clients on their office and industrial relocations, acquisitions, dispositions, lease renewals and restructures. In addition, Tyler oversees HLC’s Analyst Program in Dallas, he is responsible for the recruitment, indoctrination, and placement of all analysts into HLC’s leasing and tenant representation service lines.
