Benjamin Earley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Benjamin started their career as a Lab Assistant and Student Intern at the Laboratory of Genetics, NIA/NIH, where they gained experience in genotyping and analyzing lab findings. Benjamin then worked as a Lab Assistant at the Zanvyl Krieger Mind/Brain Institute, Johns Hopkins University, where they assisted in neurological experiments.
After their time in the research field, Earley transitioned to the financial industry, beginning as an Intern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), working with equity compliance and data reporting. Benjamin then served as an Intern at Project Management Group, where they conducted financial projections for construction projects.
Earley's experience in finance continued with roles at Chaffe & Associates, Inc., where they conducted financial valuation of privately owned companies, and at J.P. Morgan, where they worked as an Investment Analyst and later as an Associate. At J.P. Morgan, they managed portfolios, conducted analysis, and supported the portfolio managers.
In 2012, Earley co-founded Paul Evans, a luxury men's footwear and accessories brand, where they served as Co-founder and Head of Design. Following that, they served as the CEO of Saintly, a direct-to-consumer gel-infused memory foam mattress company. Benjamin then became the Chief Executive Officer at HOLT, a globally-focused property developer and hospitality brand.
Additionally, Earley briefly worked as a Co-Owner at Rose & Basil, a restaurant that blends Italian and Latin influences. Throughout their career, Earley has demonstrated a range of skills, from entrepreneurship and leadership to financial analysis and research.
Benjamin Earley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 2005 to 2009. In 2008, they also attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas for a brief period of time to study business. In 2005, they had a short stint at The Johns Hopkins University to study Economics. Before attending university, Benjamin Earley completed their high school education at The Park School of Baltimore from 2001 to 2005.
In addition to their formal education, Benjamin Earley has obtained two certifications. In August 2013, they received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute. In November 2022, they obtained an intermediate certificate in ClickUp, a project management software, from ClickUp.
