Jason Tharp

Jason Tharp is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Manager of Security Special Operations at Holtec Security International since April 2023. Previously, Tharp was the Security Manager at Holtec International, as well as at Entergy Nuclear Palisades, where notable achievements included improving morale and work-life balance within the Security Department and successfully leading a diverse team of over 150 personnel. Before these roles, Tharp held key positions at Southern California Edison, focusing on security program development and risk assessments, and has experience as an Executive Protection Specialist and Firearms Instructor.
