Andrey Iskra

Andrey Iskra is a seasoned nuclear engineering professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Holtec International since April 2019, Iskra focuses on PSAR Development, ISF-2 Nuclear Safety Analysis, and Small Modular Reactors (SMR). Prior experience includes roles as an Engineer at Iskra AM, Consultant at Western Services Corporation, and Managing Director and Chief Engineer at “KAMI NTK” LLC. Iskra's earlier career includes positions as Group Leader and Software Engineer in various organizations, and a series of engineering roles at the State Scientific and Technical Center on Nuclear and Radiation Safety. Iskra holds a degree as an Engineer-physicist specializing in heat and power engineering from Kiev Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1989 and 1995.
