Mike Bailey

Mike Bailey is an experienced professional in the nuclear industry, currently serving as the Training Manager at Holtec International since June 2022, following a tenure as Senior Operations Manager. Previously, Mike worked at Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc from March 2006 to June 2022, holding roles including Emergency Planner, Shift Manager, and Senior Reactor Operator, contributing significantly to emergency planning and safe operations at the Palisades Nuclear Plant. Mike's earlier experience includes positions as a Nuclear Control Operator and Nuclear Plant Operator at Consumers Energy and as a Mechanical Test Engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding. Mike began a career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
