Ashley Mendoza

Ashley Mendoza is an experienced recruiter currently employed at HCVT since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing the full cycle recruiting process, collaborating with hiring managers, and utilizing various sourcing methods to build candidate pipelines. Prior to this, Ashley served as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Soka University of America from August 2016 to August 2022, specializing in life-cycle recruitment and organizing numerous events nationwide. Earlier roles include Admissions Counselor at California State University, Fullerton, and Graduate Intern at Whittier College, where skills in event planning, training program management, and student advising were developed. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from California State University, Fullerton and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Whittier College.
