Johnny Lai

Johnny Lai, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Supervisor at HCVT, where responsibilities include tax compliance and planning for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. With prior experience as a Tax Senior, Advanced Tax Staff, and Tax Staff, Johnny has developed expertise in preparing federal and multi-state income tax returns, resolving tax deficiencies, and leading staff training initiatives. Earlier roles included positions at Thong, Yu, Wong & Lee LLP and Turnaround Communications, focusing on auditing and tax preparation. Johnny holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University.
