Shelly Peterson

Shelly Peterson has extensive experience in data analysis and resource management, currently serving as a Data Specialist at HCVT since June 2019. Prior to this, Shelly spent over 27 years at Verizon in various roles, including Sr. Analyst positions focused on channel management, system analysis, and program management, where responsibilities included supporting system integration and enhancing product experiences for employees and customers. Additionally, roles as a Supervisor and Specialist in Resource Management involved overseeing teams, managing work distribution, and ensuring service levels were met. Shelly began their career in 1991 as an Administrative Clerk and holds a diploma in Accounting and Business/Management from American Commercial College-San Angelo.
