Adriano Celiento has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adriano started their career as an Avaya Consultant Engineer at ITS - Information Technology Services, specializing in software installations, maintenance, support, and integrations. Adriano then worked as a Graphic Designer at Mobiquitus Ltd and as a Web Designer at Anygraaf oy., where they created website layouts and integrated them with existing software platforms.

Adriano later joined SEVEN Networks, where they held multiple roles including Technical Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, and Professional Services Engineer. In these roles, they provided technical support to customers, managed technical sales and customer delivery operations, and executed in-network trials for Tier 1 & 2 carriers.

At Holvi, Adriano held several leadership positions. Adriano started as the Operations Manager, where they managed payment operations and improved operational processes. Adriano then became the Head of Banking Operations, responsible for creating and scaling the Banking Operations teams. Later, they stepped into the role of Head of Project Management Office (PMO), where they led cross-functional projects and ensured the company operated in a customer-centric and outcome-focused mindset. Currently, Adriano serves as the General Manager of Credit at Holvi, where they are responsible for the Credit Product, Credit Operations, and Credit Risk Strategies.

Throughout their career, Adriano demonstrated strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to establish and improve processes.

Adriano Celiento obtained a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II between 1997 and 2004. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including finance management, leadership, process improvement, and agile methodologies.
