Duane McVane

Duane McVane has extensive work experience in operations management and project leadership. Duane is currently the Director of Operations at HolwegWeber North America since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Itasca Automation Systems, LLC from August 2020 to June 2022. From June 2013 to August 2020, they held the position of Project Leader at Lindquist Machine Corporation. Duane also worked as a Project Engineer at Spirit Fabs from May 2012 to June 2013. In addition, they served as the President of Badger Sheet Metal Works from January 2008 to December 2011.

Duane McVane pursued their education starting in 1989 at UW Platteville, where they obtained an Associates degree in Engineering. Following this, they attended Michigan Technological University from 1991 to 1994, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
