Paul Kemnitzer

Paul Kemnitzer is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, particularly in the prosecution of residential mortgage-backed securities put-back litigation at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP since October 2014. Prior to this role, Paul worked as a Complex Litigation Consultant/Co-Counsel, providing litigation services to various law firms. Paul has also served as a Commercial Litigation Associate at Ohrenstein & Brown LLP, a Litigation Associate at Smith & Vallere PLLC and Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP, and held relevant positions at Sidley Austin LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP. Paul began a legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and has diverse experience outside law, including serving as Controller for a multi-media company and as Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer for the City of Glens Falls. Educational qualifications include a JD from New York Law School and a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
