Aaron Brogan

Aaron Brogan is an experienced fundraising and development professional currently serving as the Director of Development at Holy Childhood, a role held since April 2025. In this position, Aaron oversees all fundraising and donor relations initiatives, focusing on sustainable philanthropic growth and long-term relationship development with donors and financial partners. Prior experience includes a tenure at United Way of Greater Rochester from March 2012 to April 2025, where Aaron served as Director of Workplace Giving, Associate Director of Development, and Manager of Corporate Giving, contributing to strategic planning and donor management. Earlier roles at Catalyst included Senior Portfolio Manager and Teleservices Manager, while initial experience in account management was gained at Modern Marketing Concepts and SPG Direct. Aaron holds a BS in Public Relations from the University of Pittsburgh and an AS in Commercial Art, Graphic Design from Genesee Community College.
