Ronald Martin is a seasoned professional in leadership and education with extensive experience in pastoral roles and admissions administration. Currently serving as Executive Pastor at Lawndale Community Church since September 2024, Ronald also holds the position of Administrator of Admissions Recruiting and High School Counseling at Holy Family Ministries, a role started in February 2017. Previously, Ronald was Senior Pastor at Trinity Community Baptist Church from April 2012 to August 2020. Educationally, Ronald earned a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Chicago State University in August 2023, a Master of Arts in Theology and Mission from Northern Seminary between September 2017 and July 2022, and a Bachelor of Arts in General Sociology from Northern Illinois University from August 1990 to August 1996.

Holy Family Ministries
Located in the North Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago, Holy Family Ministries is a not-for-profit organization operating four programs: (1) Holy Family School (K-8, faith based); (2) Little Learners pre-school and childcare program; (3) Adventures in Learning after-school and summer program; (4) The Peace Exchange youth nonviolence training program. Families pay a fee based on income, approximately 25% of the full cost. Programs are offered “first-come, first-served” without regard to religion, race, previous academic achievement, or ethnicity.
