Susan Work

Susan Work has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, most recently serving as the CEO Emeritus of Holy Family Ministries from its founding until their retirement in late 2016. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of the organization, including board-building and development, strategic direction, program management, fundraising, and financial oversight. Following their retirement, Susan transitioned to their current role as a consultant for Susan Work and Associates, where they provide expertise to other nonprofit organizations and their social enterprises. Susan has been in this position since February 2016.

Susan Work has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Susan also holds a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Florida and a BA in English, speech, and theater from Wartburg College.
