Wendy Mitchell

Wendy Mitchell has extensive experience in technology integration and management, currently serving as the Technology Specialist at Holy Name of Jesus School since September 2000. Previous roles include Technology Integration Specialist at Best Prep from August 2012 to August 2015, where Wendy facilitated workshops utilizing Understanding by Design, and General Manager at Sodexho Marriott from January 1989 to February 1999. Earlier in their career, Wendy held positions such as Food Service Production Manager at Sacred Heart Hospital Eau Claire (1983-1988) and Assistant Manager at The Steer Restaurant (1979-1983). Wendy's educational background includes a Master's degree in Educational Learning Design and Technology from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota (2014-2015), a K-12 Technology Certificate from the University of St. Thomas (2012-2013), and a Bachelor's degree in Home Economics in Business with a Business Minor from the University of Wisconsin-Stout (1979-1982).
