Ana Medina

Ana Medina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in interpretation and customer service. Currently serving as a Medical Interpreter at Holyoke Medical Center since August 2015 and a Spanish Interpreter for Excel Linguistics, LLC, Ana has also been working as a Customer Service Representative through Aerotek since October 2013, providing assistance in a call center environment. Previously, as an Office Manager at Comp. Family Medical Care from July 2006 to April 2013, responsibilities included hiring and supervising staff as well as managing supplies and patient relations. Ana holds an Associate's degree in Deaf Studies from Holyoke Community College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, complemented by a high school diploma with a focus on business studies.
