Beverly Fein

Beverly Fein is the VP and CHRO at Holyoke Medical Center, Inc. Beverly has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Beverly has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Massachusetts.

Beverly started their career at Yale New Haven Health System, Bridgeport Hospital in 2002 as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, compensation & benefits, employee development, and retirement plans. Beverly also provided oversight of multiple, complex, time-dependent projects involving the participation of staff and numerous contractors across the system.

In 2013, Beverly joined Valley Health Systems as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they continued to provide strategic and tactical advice to advance business objectives and oversaw all human capital solutions. Beverly also directed all HR activities to ensure acquisition, development and retention of valued employees and clients.

Beverly is a highly respected HR executive and is known for their ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients, and contractors. Beverly is passionate about their work and is dedicated to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Beverly Fein has a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Baruch and a BS in Psychology from Binghamton University.

They are on a team with Carl Cameron - COO & CIO, Dean Vitarisi - CFO, and Simon Ahtaridis - Chief Medical Officer. Beverly Fein reports to Spiros Hatiras, President & CEO.
