Rob Carpenter

Rob Carpenter is a co-founder of Holyrood Distillery, where the team has successfully reintroduced single malt distilling to Edinburgh after nearly a century. Prior experience includes significant legal roles at Enbridge Inc. spanning over a decade, culminating in positions such as Vice President of Corporate Law and Deputy General Counsel. Additionally, Rob held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Suncor Energy Inc. and BC Hydro. Academically, Rob holds a Masters in Law from The University of Edinburgh, a Masters in Liberal Arts from Simon Fraser University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Law and Commerce/Business from The University of British Columbia. Early education was completed at Duchess Park.
