Sean Cavanagh

Sean Cavanagh currently serves as Brand Home at Holyrood Distillery and as a Bartender at Hey Palu since June 2023. Previously, Sean held the position of Bar Manager at Panda and Sons from May 2021 to May 2023, where the bar was recognized as the #32 best bar in the world and received additional accolades, including personal awards such as UK winner of Naked Malt Whisky and Most Sustainable Bartender in both the UK and Europe from Flor de Cana in 2022. Notable prior experience includes bartending at Royal Dinette, L'Abattoir Restaurant, and Merivale, with L'Abattoir being ranked the #21 restaurant in North America in 2019. Sean holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Sports and Exercise from Edinburgh Napier University, completed in April 2015.
