Gail Games

Gail Games has a diverse work experience. Gail has worked at three different companies in different roles throughout their career.

Gail started working at Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center in 2016 as a Human Resources Instructor.

In 1999, they joined Adena Health System, where they held multiple positions including Director of Operations, Physician Practices, Service Line Director for Oncology, and Chief Learning Officer. Their time at Adena Health System spanned from 1999 to 2016.

More recently, they worked at Holzer Health System as the Vice President of Training & Organizational Development from 2017 to 2022. Gail then transitioned to the role of VP, Chief Learning & Development Officer, which they currently hold.

Gail Games completed a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Indianapolis in the years 1986 to 1990. Gail later pursued a Masters of Health Administration from Indiana University Indianapolis from 1991 to 1995.
