Preetha Sasikumar

Preetha Sasikumar serves as the HR Data and Technology Manager at H2M architects + engineers since September 2014, also holding the role of HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes the position of HRIS & Compensation Specialist at the Archdiocese of Chicago from December 2012 to August 2014, where responsibilities included the management of HR data accuracy and support for compensation programs. From December 2005 to December 2012, Preetha was the Human Resources Manager at H2M, focusing on talent sourcing and HRIS maintenance. Earlier roles include Unit Coordinator at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Human Resources Intern at Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc. Preetha holds a BS in Computer Science from CUNY, Queens College, and an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from NYIT.
