Chad Spilker

Chad Spilker is an accomplished retail management professional with extensive experience in the furniture and mattress industries. Since December 2012, Chad has served as the General Manager at HOM Furniture, where responsibilities include leading a sales force and operations team to enhance sales and operational efficiency in a 210,000 square foot showroom. Prior roles at HOM Furniture include Showroom Manager and Senior Sales Manager, where Chad focused on managing sales teams, overseeing HR functions, and supporting sales growth. Before joining HOM Furniture, Chad was the Store Manager at Lebeda Mattress Factory, successfully growing a Midwest factory direct mattress retail location from its inception in 1997 to become the top showroom among twenty locations in the company.
