Jessica Giraud

Jessica Giraud currently serves as General Counsel at Homa since November 2022 and is an Associate at Time for the Planet since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Legal & DPO, Head of Business Affairs, and Juriste Business Affairs at Focus Entertainment from February 2015 to September 2022. Jessica also taught intellectual property law at NEOMA Business School from September 2013 to September 2015. A significant background in legal consultation was developed at SCP Avocats LDGR from September 2008 to December 2014, providing expertise in heritage law, labor law, and public service law. Additional experience includes co-founding ArtyParade and working at Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin and Sotheby's. Academic credentials comprise a Master 2 in business law focused on cultural enterprises and a Master 1 in international law from Université Jean Moulin and the University of Essex, among other qualifications.
