Don Barney

Don Barney currently serves as the Director of Corporate Training at Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service since July 2020, while also acting as the National Sales Manager for Home Alliance since January 2019. In this role, Don is responsible for training across five business verticals, developing KPIs for growth, conducting training sessions for outsourced call centers in the Philippines and Ukraine, and collaborating closely with the VP of Operations. Additionally, Don has been a Business Consultant for Detour Plumbing since January 2015, focusing on policy implementation, training course development, and hiring best practices. Previously, Don held the position of Selling Manager at ARS Rescue Rooter Plumbing from October 2018 to January 2019.
