Luba Inz has held a variety of roles in the entertainment industry. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Marketing Manager at T.C.I. Talent Concert International, where they led the development and execution of marketing campaigns for arena tours for clients including Jennifer Lopez, Rammstein, Scorpions, and Dead Can Dance. During this time, they successfully sold out 100% of stadium tours, generating $20MM+ in total revenue. Luba also oversaw strategic media buying, media sponsorship packages, and billboard advertisements, reaching an average monthly audience of 20MM customers and raising online generated ticket sales by 35%. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Brand Activation Manager at General Booking Agency, where they established an ad agency that specialized in brand integrations for music and sports events. Luba managed campaigns for Reebok, Jack Daniel’s, and Jägermeister with budgets of up to $8MM and maximized ROI by reducing project costs by an average of 15%, saving $1. Lastly, they have been at Home Alliance since 2017, where they have held the roles of Interim COO, Product Owner, and Marketing Manager. As Product Owner, they have been leading and managing a team of product managers, developers, designers, project managers, and data analysts, creating, owning and communicating product and business strategy to all stakeholders, and owning product roadmaps, overseeing execution and finding room for growth. As Marketing Manager, they have been responsible for the brand messaging, communications, public relations, and events, and they successfully raised retention from 10% to 25% in 6 months.

Luba Inz graduated with a Master of Arts in Communication from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the same institution. Additionally, they hold a certification in Product Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
