Ltd. and worked with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia as a Room Service Chef, along with multiple roles including Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef. Earlier in the career, Ossama gained valuable experience at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, progressing from Cook to Chef De Partie.
