Ossama El Tawil Hassan is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the Head Brunch Chef and Branch Chef at Home Bakery Dubai, Ossama has previously held the position of Executive Chef at KAB HOLDING Co. Ltd. and worked with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia as a Room Service Chef, along with multiple roles including Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef. Earlier in the career, Ossama gained valuable experience at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, progressing from Cook to Chef De Partie. A graduate of Menoufia University with a degree in Hospitality Food & Beverages, Ossama demonstrates a commitment to excellence and culinary artistry.
