Derek McDonald

Derek McDonald has a strong background in finance and product management. Derek started their career at Capital One in 2006, where they served as a Senior Product Manager/Vice-President for nearly a decade. Derek then went on to establish the Derek McDonald Agency in 2016 as an Allstate Agency Owner, where they successfully managed a sales team, implemented marketing strategies, and maintained a high customer retention rate. In 2021, they joined Home Bank as a Product Manager/Vice President, showcasing their expertise in the field.
