Larry Whitmore

Larry Whitmore, a retired Lieutenant Colonel with a Master's in Social Work, currently serves as the Veterans Outreach Manager at Home Base. With previous experience as a HUD-VASH Social Worker and a Program Coordinator for Freedom on the Inside, Larry is dedicated to supporting veterans and their families struggling with invisible wounds.
