Taryn Feigen

Taryn Feigen currently serves as the Director of Communications & Marketing for the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, overseeing all communication channels and designing various marketing materials. Prior experience includes a role as Chief of Staff for the Texas House of Representatives, providing senior advisement on legislative and community matters, and leading external communications. Taryn also held the position of Legislative Director, where the legislative agenda was developed, and policy research was supervised. Previous roles at the Texas Department of Insurance included Assistant Director of External Relations and Aide to the Chief Deputy, where coordination of the agency’s legislative agenda was a key responsibility. Taryn began a career in the Texas House of Representatives as a Legislative Aide, focusing on legislative analysis and drafting communication materials. Taryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
