Taylor Jackson

Taylor Jackson, CAE, MPAff, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin since June 2020. Previously, Taylor held key positions at Goodwill Central Texas, including Senior Director of Organizational Development and Director of Learning & Development, where responsibilities encompassed strategic vision implementation and internal training development. Prior to that, Taylor was the Director of Business Development & Membership Engagement and Director of Education at the Austin Apartment Association, focusing on revenue strategies and educational programming. Earlier career experience includes roles at Helmsbriscoe, Radisson Hotel Town Lake, and Embassy Suites in sales and contract negotiations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from Texas A&M University, a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin, certification as a Certified Association Executive, and a Certified Meeting Professional designation.
