Alan Leech MSc LIB QFA BA is currently working as a Lending Manager at Home Building Finance Ireland. Prior to this, Alan worked as a Relationship Manager at AIB Bank and Business Manager at Bank of Ireland. With a background in finance and extensive experience in managing portfolios and negotiating with customers, Alan has built a strong foundation in the banking industry. Alan has a Master of Science in Real Estate from Technological University Dublin and a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI)
HBFI is a private company formed under the Companies Act 2014 and the Home Building Finance Ireland Act 2018. HBFI is wholly owned by the Minister for Finance and has been established for the purpose of funding the construction of new homes in Ireland. It is a commercial entity, providing finance at market rates for commercially viable residential developments.
