Karen Delavan

Karen DeLavan is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR management. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Specialist at The US Oncology Network since July 2023, Karen has also held significant roles including Senior Recruitment Specialist at Home Care Assistance of Dallas since May 2018, and Human Resources Director at One Health Medical Systems since June 2017. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at Community Hospital Corporation and various roles within the Baylor Scott and White Healthcare System.
