Tom Feisel is a seasoned registered nurse with extensive experience in various nursing leadership roles since 1998. Currently serving as an RN at Home Care by Black Stone since October 2012, Tom has previously held significant positions, including Director of Nursing at Primrose Retirement Communities and Pomegranate Health Systems. Tom has demonstrated success in improving patient safety, achieving a 75% reduction in resident falls and a 100% reduction in seclusion use at Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry. With a strong focus on staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance, Tom has developed training programs, implemented effective infection control measures, and established robust auditing processes throughout various healthcare organizations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's Degree in Nursing from New Mexico State University.
