Mscc Lisa Silvestre

Lisa Silvestre, MSCC, has over two decades of experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors, particularly focusing on workers' compensation and clinical operations. Most recently, Lisa serves as the Associate Director of Clinical Quality at Optum Workers’ Comp and Auto No-Fault, overseeing the Continuous Quality Control Program and conducting compliance audits. Prior to this role, Lisa held positions at Optum from July 2003 to May 2024, including Manager of FBCM, MSA, and Utilization Review Services, and Associate Director of Clinical Operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Operations at LewisCo, where Lisa managed telephonic case management and participated in operational audits. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Rosemont College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Montgomery County Community College.
