Heather Weir

Heather Weir currently serves as an Account Executive in Case Management Sales at Home Care Delivered, starting in November 2023. Weir has an extensive career at Medline Industries, Inc., where a tenure that began in March 2005 includes roles such as Transitional Care Representative for Managed Care, OEM/Education and Research Team Lead, and Dedicated Service Representative. Weir holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dubuque, completed between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Loras College, obtained from 1996 to 2000.
