Jeff Elgin

Jeff Elgin currently serves as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Customer Operations at Home Care Delivered, where responsibilities include driving growth with P&L accountability, overseeing customer support and clinical care, as well as managing all technology innovations and digital solutions. Prior experiences include Vice President of Technology at Capital One, leading technology transformation for credit card partnerships, and Director of Engineering at Aether Systems, delivering products for the Transportation and Logistics division. Jeff has also held key roles at General Electric Information Services, McKinsey & Company, and Accenture, focusing on technical architecture, business process redesign, and technology solutions implementation. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Management of Technology from the University of Virginia.
