Arsalan Javed is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as Group Financial Controller at Home Caring since March 2021, Arsalan oversees teams involved in financial accounting, statutory and management reporting, taxation, shared services, ERP implementation, and finance business partnership across a group of over 90 entities in Australia. Previously, Arsalan held the position of Senior Accountant at Worley from November 2018 to March 2021, focusing on statutory, management, and ASX reporting within a global team. Prior experience includes leading external audits at PwC for the Consumer Industrial Products and Services sector and holding various roles at KPMG, specializing in external audit for Consumer & Industrial Manufacturing and services. Arsalan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and an ACCA affiliate, with a strong foundation in accounting and finance.
