Erik Jensen

Erik Jensen is the current Vice President of Product at Home Chef. Prior to their current position, Erik was an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group from September 2013 to August 2015. Erik has also held positions at OTCR Consulting and Deloitte as Managing Partner and Business Technology Analyst Intern respectively. Erik began their career as an intern at Procter & Gamble in the summer of 2010 as a Product Supply Engineering Intern and returned the following summer as a Process Engineering Intern.

Erik Jensen attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with Highest Honors, and a B.A. in Italian Summa Cum Laude.
