Daniela T. Corapi-Falbo is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, mediation, and public regulatory law. As the founder of Daniela Corapi Law, established in 2020, Daniela develops strategic litigation approaches for clients. Daniela serves as Chair and Adjudicator of the Discipline Committee at the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario and is a member of the Discipline and Appeals Committees at the Home Construction Regulatory Authority. Daniela also holds appointments as a Hearing Officer for the Canadian Public Accountability Board and has previously functioned as an adjudicator for various tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. Daniela's educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Law School and the University of Ottawa, complemented by a strong foundation in criminology.
