Courtney Hartsook currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Home Creations, starting in July 2022. Prior to this role, Courtney worked at Target from July 2011 to May 2022, where significant positions included Executive Team Lead Human Resources, Executive Team Lead Service & Engagement, and Senior Team Leader in Electronics & Hardlines. Throughout the tenure at Target, Courtney focused on promoting diversity and inclusion, managing training initiatives, and enhancing customer service across various roles. Earlier experiences include a Sales Associate position at Pier 1 Imports and an Office Assistant role at Oklahoma Heart Institute. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the University of Oklahoma, completed in 2013, and graduated from Bishop Kelley High School in 2009.
