David Cockrell has over 20 years of experience in the IT and Information Security field. David began their career in 1991 as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist in the US Air Force. In 1999, they became a Network Administrator for the US Government for four locations with over 600 computers. In 2000, they were hired by Fibrebond Corp. as a Network Administrator and was later promoted to MIS Director. In 2005, they joined Community Trust Bank as an Information Security Officer and Assistant Vice President. In 2011, they moved to Bossier Federal Credit Union as Vice President of IT. Finally, in 2017, they joined Home Federal Bank (Nasdaq: HFBL) as VP of IT.
David Cockrell attended Wayland Baptist University from 1998 to 2000.
