Adam Hartman

Adam Hartman is a seasoned financial professional with a career spanning over 15 years in banking and finance. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at Home Federal Savings Bank since October 2022, Adam previously held positions at Sterling State Bank, including Assistant Vice President of Branch Operations & Lending and Credit Operations Officer from June 2013 to October 2022. Adam's banking career began at Gateway Bank in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, as an Operations Associate from April 2008 to May 2013. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of St. Thomas, obtained in 2008, and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado from 2017 to 2019.
