Jeff K. is the Manager of Treasury and Risk Management at Home Forward, where they manage cash and banking relationships for the Housing Authority of Portland. Previously, Jeff held positions as President of the Oregon AFSCME, overseeing a 25,000+ member public services union, and President of AFSCME Local #3135, leading negotiations and policy-making for a 150+ member union. With experience as a Senior Treasury Accountant and Staff Accountant at the Housing Authority of Portland, Jeff has a strong background in financial management, cash forecasting, and banking services contracting. They hold a BS in Accounting from DePaul University and studied Trade Unionism at Harvard Law School.
