Julie Livingston

Julie Livingston has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Julie began their career at Home Forward in 1998 as a Project Manager, and later moved up to Senior Project Manager in 2011. In 2015, Julie joined the Portland Design Commission as a Commissioner, and then became the Chair in 2017. Julie's expertise in project management and their leadership roles in the Design Commission highlight their strong capabilities and dedication to their work.

Julie Livingston began their education in the field of Architecture at the University of Oregon from 1985 to 1990. Julie then continued their studies in Architecture at Syracuse University from 1996 to 1997.
